Photographing simple observations in daily life, the Digital Polaroid Studies serves as a palette for future long-term photographic studies. The images are all shot on an iPhone 4s using the “Shake It Photo” application. Although the images vary in subject, common threads throughout the series are overseen objects, natural surroundings, and plays off of the traditional ideas of still lifes. Because the images are spontaneous renditions of daily life, each image is titled with the date it was taken.
